Olderfleet has been designed by globally-recognised design house, Grimshaw Architects, with the purpose of both celebrating the rich heritage of the original Olderfleet buildings whilst creating a modern, innovation and sustainable workplace for our community. 

We envision Olderfleet to represent a world-class sustainable, responsible and holistic commercial space. Our plans target the highest NABERS, Green Star and International WELL Building Institute ratings, ensuring Olderfleet will be a tribute to the meaning of true quality in design and function and will be leading asset within Melbourne's CBD.
