Olderfleet has been designed to achieve a 5 Star Green Star rating, 5 Star NABERS (targeting 5.5 Star) Energy rating, 4 Star NABERS Water rating, and Platinum Core and Shell WELL rating. A range of factors will help us achieve this, from the facade orientation, floor plate design and construction materials, to the waste management, LED lighting, and rainwater harvesting systems in place. An innovative air conditioning approach will even take advantage of free cooling, using outdoor air for extended periods of the year.

Platinum WELL Shell & Core Pre-certification achieved

The heath, wellbeing and productivity of those who work in healthy buildings has been linked to employee performance, attraction and retention. Olderlfeet is the first building in Australia to be awarded a platinum pre-certification Well Rating for base building shell and core. The WELL rating is a performance-based system for measuring, certifying and monitoring features of the built environment that impact human health and wellbeing.
